October 23, 2008 the Prine Alweed Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding is sponsoring a panel discussion regarding the myths and realities of Islamic law, the appeal of Shari'ah in modern Muslaim politics and state building, and Sharai'ah in a Human Rights Era. This event will be held in the Leavey Center at Georgetown University from 9:30 am-5 pm.
